"Bröllopsresan" (The Wedding Trip), a terracotta sculpture, executed in her own studio, 1950s-60s.

Bull with a riding prince and princess, signed HH. Height 33 cm, length 37 cm.

Repair on the front and back legs, chip.

Provenance

Inheritance from the seller's grandmother (deceased in 1999). The grandmother likely won it in an art lottery during her career in the police force.

Exhibitions

The sculpture "Bröllopsresan" (The Wedding Trip) was exhibited at Helga Henschen's exhibition at Konstnärshuset at Djäknegatan in Västerås during the early 1960s. The exhibition received positive reviews in the contemporary press.
